1. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This section explains how we handle your information.
Data Collection
- Personal Information: We collect your name, WhatsApp number, email, and address during enrollment for certification purposes.
- Payment Data: All financial transactions (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer) are processed securely. We do not store your full card details or passwords.
Use of Information
Your data is used to generate certificates, verify your identity with IFCA, and send important course updates. We do not sell your data to third-party marketing agencies.
2. Refund & Return Policy
As a professional educational institute, we maintain a strict policy regarding financial transactions.
- Course Fees: Once a student gains access to the course materials or the online portal, the course fee becomes Non-Refundable.
- Certificate Fees: Since certification fees involve administrative processing and affiliation costs with IFCA, once the process is initiated, no refund will be issued.
- Incorrect Payments: If a student pays twice by mistake, the extra amount will be adjusted in future courses or refunded after a 10% administrative deduction within 7-10 working days.
In case of enrollment cancellation by the Academy due to disciplinary reasons, all fees will be forfeited.
3. Shipping Policy
This policy applies to students requesting **Hard Copy Certificates** and physical study materials.
Shipping Timelines
- Processing Time: 45 to 60 working days (as these are often processed through international affiliation channels).
- Courier Partners: We use reliable services like TCS, Leopard, or DHL for domestic and international deliveries.
Shipping Charges & Risk
- Standard shipping charges are included in the hard copy fee (30,000 PKR), unless the delivery address is in a remote "Extended Area" as defined by the courier.
- The Academy is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the courier service during transit. However, we will provide the tracking ID once the item is dispatched.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the student, the student must pay for the re-shipping costs.
